Angela Senosha

Angela is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator who holds a Bcom Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and further distinguished herself in the GIBS General Management Program in 2017.

Her professional career spans over 13+ years with expertise covering the full HR value chain. She has successfully applied her skills and knowledge in the FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering, Private Equity, Fin Tech, Health Tech, Pharmaceutical and Professional Sectors.

In her Corporate career she has held various key positions up to HR Manager & Group HR Projects Lead for multiple Business Units.

As the Founder and CEO of Positive Switch, her business model’s key intent is focused on providing clients with peace of mind while creating value throughout the HR value chain, with a keen focus on compliance and HR Best practices.

Angela holds various leadership positions where she drives transformation through the people agenda. This through facilitating courageous conversations and designing relevant HR processes to sustain change.

She sits on the boards of Apex Industrial Holdings and Grandcom (Pty) Ltd.

She is the 2022 Forty Under 40 Africa Honorary Award Winner in the category of Human Resources Development, which celebrates young leaders committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service.

Outside of the professional space she works with Red Blood Cell Foundation to raise awareness and assist with the early detection of iron deficiency anaemia.
